TO THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Stryker’s selection and employment process is unique – and probably very different to what you are used to. We concentrate on your individual talents – what matters to us is what you can do and not just what you have done. We place great value on getting to know about your experience, education, abilities, professional aspirations and individual strengths. So our application process takes place in several steps: from a telephone interview to a personal interview.
Stryker is an equal opportunity employer, so your application is considered regardless of your age, gender, religion, sexual identity or any handicaps.
You will find current vacancies on the central Stryker Careers page. You will also find detailed information on the application process there.
Some advice for you:
1. You do not need any preparation for your first telephone interview. Simply be open, honest and impartial.
2. Describe your abilities to us with concrete examples from your working life, your family or your leisure time.
3. Give clear and spontaneous answers.
